  1. Articles are reviewed by two independent experts from outside the institution, in which editor-in-chief of the journal is affiliated.
  2. In the case of articles written in a foreign language, at least one of the reviewers is affiliated in a foreign institution other than the nationality of the article’s author.
  3. The preferred way for reviewing the articles is a model of "double-blind review process".
  4. In the other case a reviewer is obliged to sign a declaration of non-existence of a conflict of interest. The conflict of interest between the reviewer and the author occurs if there are:
    a) direct personal relationships (kinship, legal relationships, conflict),
    b) professional subordination,
    c) direct scientific cooperation in the past two years preceding the preparation of the review.
  5. A review should end up with an explicit conclusion whether the article should be published in its original form, after taking into account suggested amendments or should not be accepted for publication.
  1. The rules of eligibility or rejection of articles to publication and the reviewers form are presented on the journal's website or in any issue of the journal.
  2. The names of each publication reviewers are not disclosed; once a year, the journal publishes a list of cooperating reviewers.
