Krzysztof Skotnicki

 Prof. Dr hab. Krzysztof Skotnicki, head of the Department of Comparative Constitutional Law, University of Lodz and self-made Electoral Studies Centre, University of Lodz. He specializes in the election law and the referendum, as well as Polish constitutional law, in particular parlamentarism and comparative constitutional law, conducting research mainly on the political system in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. He is the author, co-author, editor or co-editor of nearly 200 positions, including 15 books, over 100 articles and studies and studies in collective works, 3 gloses, tens of encyclopedia entries, 12 reviews, 33 published (and many unpublished) legal opinions arising cooperation, and for 7 years working in the Chancellery of the Sejm in the Office of Parliamentary Analysis, an active member of numerous national and international scientific conferences, during which he delivered over 30 papers. Chairman of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law and treasurer of the Lodz  Scientific Society.
